Specialty Greases

ALUDON

Special lubricating paste containing aluminium and solid lubricating additives. Recommended as anti-welding agent of screws, sealants, joints, etc. Remains practically unchanged for long periods allowing easy equipment dismantling. Also suitable as dry lubricant in high temperature applications where use of conventional lubricants is impossible.
Working temperature up to 680°C.

BLACK N 2

Adhesive, open gear lubricant. It is produced from especially selected asphaltic stocks and it is enriched with additives which provide effective protection against oxidation and corrosion, ensuring a wear-resistant, viscous continuous high strength film which lubricates properly over the severest environmental conditions such as dust and humidity.

BLACK N 710

A fine quality, adhesive, open gear lubricant. It is produced from especially selected asphaltic stocks and it is enriched with additives which provide effective protection against oxidation and corrosion, ensuring a wear-resistant, viscous continuous high strength film which lubricates properly over the severest environmental conditions such as dust and humidity. It contains a nontoxic, non-flammable solvent that evaporates after application.

COPPERDON

Special lubricating paste containing copper and solid lubricating additives. Recommended as anti-welding agent of screws, sealants, joints, etc. Remains practically unchanged for long periods allowing easy equipment dismantling. Also suitable as dry lubricant in extremely high temperature applications where use of conventional lubricants is impossible.
Working temperature up to 1200°C.

HMRG

A lithium complex based, paste, which contains, oxidation, rust and corrosion inhibitors. It contains special additives that ensure adhesion to the lubricated surfaces under severe operating conditions such as shock loads and operation in the presence of water. Additionally, it contains metallic solid additives that create a secondary protective film on the lubricated surfaces, reducing the friction coefficient and wear on the components.

It is recommended to be used in applications where severe shock loads are encountered to provide the necessary extreme pressure protection and adhesion for continues operation. For lubrication of metallic surfaces operating at temperatures between - 30 oC and + 160 oC. It is particularly suitable for lubrication of pneumatic hammers, joints and connectors for hydraulic drills and heavy machinery typically operated in mines, quarries and for general construction

HMRG AX GOLD

Αn aluminium complex grease, formulated to cope with severe operating conditions in the most extreme environments. The special structure of the aluminium complex base provides excellent water repetency and long-life protection. It is enriched with solid lubricants that help to protect metal surfaces even if the grease is removed due to heavy conditions.

It is recommended for the lubrication of hydraulic hammers operating under heavy shock and load conditions. It provides long-lasting protection to attached equipment as it penetrates and lubricates effectively for long relubrication periods. It is highly conductive product, not classified as toxic or harmful to human health or the environment.

SILIDON

Grease type silicon fluid chemically with exceptional resistance against most acidic and basic substances, industrial gases, cold and hot water, low pressure steam etc. It is a multipurpose fluid mainly recommended for metal surfaces and equipment protection in high corrosion and moisture environment, as protecting and proofing agent of elastic O-rings, plugging instruments, acid and water vanes ,plastic coated slides, as insulating fluid of electrical contacts and connections covers and also underground cabling covers protection against environmental influence.

SILIDON HV

A silicon-based grease, produced from premium quality, high viscosity synthetic base oils. Due to its special formulation it is able to cope with the severest operating conditions such as very high and very low temperatures and acidic or basic environments. It offers improved shear stability and excellent resistance to water washout. It is a non-toxic colourless and odourless product.

It is recommended to be used in applications which cover a range of temperatures from -50°C to +180°C. It is strongly recommended in applications requiring a grease able to endure in acidic and basic environments. It is also recommended for use in electromechanical machinery, where a grease with high dielectric strength is required.
