POLURON

A fully synthetic, high- performance urea-based grease, enriched with special chemical additives which enhance oxidation resistance, rust and wear protection. It is produced with a special blend of synthetic hydrocarbon (PAO) base stocks and successfully copes with extreme pressures and high temperatures, providing efficient protection under severe working conditions. It provides excellent stability during both storage and use and outstanding performance under long relubrication periods.

It is recommended to be used in high and medium speed plain and rolling bearings working under severe working conditions at high speeds (DN = 700.000). It is suitable for use in a number of industrial applications such as steel industries, cement works, glass molding, mining, construction sites and overall in heady duty applications that require a grease with an excellent level of protection in high temperature, high load applications. It is particularly recommended for use in electrical motor bearings that require long relubrication intervals.
